REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY FOR ENERGIZESURI

At Energizesuri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Timeframe: You must request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items: The items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used baby clothing, skin care products, or personal items unless they are defective.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@energizesuri.com with your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and instructions for returning the items.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the items you wish to return and ship them back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions for a return. We will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, you will be refunded in the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping fees. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your product for a different size or color, you can request an exchange during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at info@energizesuri.com with photos of the damaged product and your order details. We will promptly assist you with a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items or clearance products
  • Opened or used clothing, baby gear, and personal hygiene products

Late Returns

Returns that are not postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date will not be accepted unless they are determined to be defective or damaged.

Exchanges for International Orders

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. International returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping delays.
